Have been using these showshoes for about two months in very deep light fluffy snow while setting my Maple Syrup mainlines. Work Perfectly, much better than my modern aluminum tubing snowshoes. I did get some after market bindings that work better than the military, nylon bindings. Great snowshoes for working in the woods. Small branches and sticks can not poke through the fine steel cable mesh. I would definately recommend these snowshoes.
