Great jacket for a great price. I have not tried it out in the rain but I've never read a bad review on it's waterproofness. You will need to order one size bigger than what you think you'll need to get the right size.

Excellent value! When I was in the army Gor-Tex was very hard to find and very expensive. I have owned a U.S. version, and it was much bulkier than this one. This is lighter, and slim in construction, and a cool camo design.

If I could give this product infinte stars I would. This and the pants were BRAND NEW!!!-NEVER USED- NEVER TRIED ON- I just ordered a second set for my hunting patner. I'm 6'3", 220lbs, good shape, and bought both the parka and pants of the largetst sizes offered and they are big but remember, I'm layering for California Sacramento winter cold. The only thing is they small of chemical when you first open the sealed packages but just let them hang in the garage for a few days and the smell is gone. Anything new and comparable from Cabela's will cost you many hundreds of $ for Gortex. These roll up small so you'l never be without breathable-raingear.
