We are a small company and respond to email daily (sometimes afterhours).  We will respond to you as soon as possible, sometimes it may take up to 48 hours if we need to contact one of our vendors for additional information. We do not have the personnel to answer phone calls. SurplusPlanet360 LLC does not list a phone number online for customers, so the best way to contact us is via email.

By giving us specific identifying information (like your name, order number, etc) you help us to be able to give you more accurate information in response. If you are looking for a shipping quote on a product, the easiest way is to add the item to your shopping cart and enter your address into the system. This will give you the actual shipping cost for your order.
